R.P Graphite Electrode

RP graphite electrode is used in ordinary power electric arc furnaces such as steelmaking, silicon smelting, and yellow phosphorus smelting. Made of petroleum coke and coal pitch as raw materials. It is characterized by low ash content, good electrical conductivity, high temperature resistance, and does not melt or deform under high temperatures. RP graphite electrode as a conductive material in arc metallurgical furnaces for smelting various non-ferrous and rare metals. It can be used at current densities exceeding 17A/cm2.

H.P Graphite Electrode

HP graphite electrode is used in a high-power smelting furnace and a low-load to medium-load ladle furnace. Electric arc furnace steelmaking is to introduce current into the steelmaking furnace through electrodes, and the strong current passes through the gas at the lower end of the electrode to generate arc discharge. Then heat generated by the arc is used for eaf steelmaking. It is suitable for High-power electric furnaces with high power, high voltage, and short angle.

UHP Graphite Electrode

UHP graphite electrodes are used for electric arc furnace and high-load ladle furnaces. This electrode is characterized by a low electrical resistivity and a high permissible current load. In the electric arc furnace steelmaking process, the current density allowed to pass is greater than 25A/cm². The production of it uses needle coke as raw material, and multiple impregnation and roasting are used in the production process. With the rapid development of electric furnace steelmaking, high-power and ultra-high-power electric arc furnaces are becoming more popular.

Graphite Electrode Nipple

Graphite electrode nipple is important for connecting electrodes in industrial EAF steelmaking processes. They conduct electricity, allowing current to flow through the electrodes. Graphite electrode nipple is available in various diameters and lengths, with the size and shape of the fitting depending on the application. The nipple must be carefully inspected for damage or wear and replaced if necessary. When the graphite electrode leaves the factory, the surface needs to be processed, and the two ends are turned into nipple holes with trapezoidal threads. Each electrode is equipped with a nipple.
