Neutral ramming mass
Neutral ramming mass (not contain chromium) :
The neutral packing material in the medium-frequency furnace has excellent resistance to erosion by molten steel and slag, as well as resistance to erosion and scouring. The sintered layer is dense, with a long service life, low tonnage steel consumption, easy construction and repair, and energy saving.
The neutral packing material used in the induction furnace is an induction furnace packing material made from dead-burned magnesite and alumina. Unlike clay and other chemical binders that are specifically combined to achieve the desired sintering properties.
Neutral materials are used for the lining of induction furnaces, and their quality is directly related to the heating performance of the furnace. Neutral packing materials are widely used in industries such as construction, sandblasting, railways, water purification and casting.
