Phosphate Bonded High Alumina Brick

Phosphate-binding high-alumina brick is a high-performance chemical-bonded refractory material. It uses dense super-grade or first-grade high alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw material, and combines it with phosphoric acid or phosphate-aluminum solution as the binder. It is then formed under high pressure and undergoes a special heat treatment process at 400 to 600 degrees Celsius.

Outstanding thermal shock resistance (anti-spalling)
It can withstand drastic temperature fluctuations without cracking or peeling. This is due to its low-temperature chemical bonding property, which retains micro-elasticity within the brick structure.

High strength and excellent wear resistance
It has excellent strength at both normal temperature and high temperature, as well as outstanding wear resistance, and can effectively resist the erosion of materials.

Good resistance to erosion
It has a strong resistance to alkaline materials and corrosive gases. Through formula optimization, its corrosion resistance can be further enhanced.

Outstanding high-temperature volume stability
By adding special materials such as sapphire and sillimanite, the volume contraction under high temperature was precisely compensated, ensuring the long-term stability and non-deformation of the lining structure.
